Terms of service.

Payment: Clients will have the ability to preview and approve all media we create prior to payment. Media is watermarked only for preview. Watermarks will automatically remove once payment is settled.

Rescheduling/Cancelation: We do not charge cancelation or rescheduling fees, even if we arrive at the shoot and the property is not ready. We know stuff happens and are willing to work with you and your clients as one team. 

Copyright notice: Per US copyright law Triple D Photography is the copyright holder of any image/media produced by our team. This copyright is nontransferable unless a prior written agreement is made. Please contact us for licensing questions.  

Photo/media rights and usage: Only the party who paid for our services has the usage right for Triple D Photography created media for any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The usage agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific prior written agreement.  Have questions?
